What do I do if my ME Bank Debit MasterCard is lost or stolen?

Me Bank Card ReplacementIf your card is lost or stolen whilst you are in Australia, simply phone ME Bank's Customer Contact Centre on 13 15 63. ME Bank will cancel your existing card and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

If you are overseas when your card is lost or stolen, you may contact MasterCard Global Service or any financial institution displaying the MasterCard symbol to cancel your existing card and arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you.

You can still get your Member Benefits by quoting your Membership Number


What do I do if my Standard Membership Card is lost or stolen?

Co-op Membership Card ReplacementHave you lost your Standard Membership card? You can still get your Member Benefits by quoting your Membership Number or use our Contact Us Form quoting your name and membership number and we can send you a replacement card.

Note: Replacement cards incur a $10.00 admin fee, however this is waived for all Co-op Members who have been with us for 5 years or more.
