Pearson Digital Product Terms of Service

Pearson Australia provides Digital Products in a number of formats (listed below). These products are only available to customers in Australia and are not refundable. The length of your access will depend on the type of product you are purchasing.

Instructions on how to access your Digital Products are provided on the Tax Invoice you receive when you purchase the product. You need to register at a specific URL and enter a unique access code – both of these are provided on the Tax Invoice. Please read and follow the instructions carefully to ensure you register and activate your code successfully. If you have any problems registering your product you can get help by emailing Pearsons 24/7 helpdesk with the details of your purchase, including your name, email address (as on original purchase), and the ISBN of the item/s.

During the transaction process the Co-op Bookshop will provide to Pearson Australia the customer's name and email address. This information will be used by Pearson only for customer service purposes.
