Jamie Oliver has been described as a prodigy of the food world. He’s a chef, restauranteur and media personality who has found fame in his television shows including The Naked Chef, Jamie’s Ministry of Food, Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution and Jamie’s Comfort Food. By far, Jamie’s best initiative is are his food foundations founded to bring healthy and delicious food to anyone, anywhere, no matter your background. His Kitchen Garden Project empowers primary school teachers to integrate growing and cooking into the school day. Jamie’s Ministry of Food is a community-based cooking program which teaches people to cook from scratch. Meanwhile, his Fifteen Apprentice Programme recruits 18 disengaged young people as apprentices to become professional chefs through an apprenticeship program.
